Lunch Time Muscle Tone

Did you know that muscle strength and endurance are two of the essential components of fitness? This 30 minute muscle conditioning class will help you achieve a healthy body by working all the major muscle groups and more. We will be using free weights, your own body weight and other props to help you tone your body.
