Pilates

This one hour class is a system of strengthening and stretching exercises designed to develop the body's core, mobilize the spine, and build flexibility. It is an education in body awareness that will help improve circulation, posture, range of motion, and abdominal strength.

Location: Monday class at Beede Fitness Studio, all others at 55 Church Street
