Concord Recreation offers a large variety of group classes held at 90 Stow St. Hunt Gym and 55 Church Street's Human Services Building. Beede members receive a discount on classes; non-members are welcome as well. Classes are taught by our certified and experienced instructors, and include several varieties of yoga, Pilates mat and private Pilates reformer training, indoor cycling, stability ball, small group personal training, and boot camp.

Drop Ins Welcome
All group fitness programs welcome drop-in participation, so long as there is room in the class. Drop in fees must be paid at the time of the program.
Hour Long Classes: $15
1/2 Hour Long Classes: $8
